This site collects what you write in a form, in order to answer you. It uses no audience-measurement tool and no advertising.
Who is responsible
This is the site of William Rousseau. Requests received are handled by Nexum Intelligence Inc., the company he co-founded.

What we collect
Only what you give us yourself, and what any web server records.
- Talk and training forms: your name, organization, email, phone and your answers to the form’s questions.
- An event page: your first name and your email.
- Booking a call: it happens on Nexum Intelligence’s booking page, which collects what you enter there.
- Technical data: the host records the IP address and date of visits in its logs.
Why
To answer your request, prepare a talk or a training, send you the resource you asked for and follow up. Your information is neither sold nor rented.
Your consent and emails
You give us this information by filling in a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
Where your information goes
It is entrusted to providers who process it on our behalf. These providers may keep it outside Québec, notably in the United States.
- HighLevel: the forms, request management and emails.
- Google: hosting of the site (Firebase) and the typefaces (Google Fonts).
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookie. The form, provided by HighLevel, may use some in order to work.
How long
As long as needed to handle your request and follow up. It is then deleted or made anonymous. You can ask for deletion sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or have it deleted. Write to William Rousseau, Nexum Intelligence Inc., 2299 Boulevard du Versant-Nord, Suite 260, Québec, QC G1N 4G2. We answer within thirty days.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
