The path

  1. 01Before AII am one of the three co-founders of a licensed cannabis production company, and I still sit on its board. I ran an automation agency, and I coded applications on the side.
  2. 02The diagnosisI stopped selling automations at everyone else’s price. I started selling the diagnosis: a paid audit, before building anything.
  3. 03The toolRather than buy a course, I built the platform that produces the audit. It is called Consultant OS. It spent more than six months in beta, on real audits.
  4. 04The monolithI went into the code of a municipal-sector organization: software with 1.6 million lines. That is what an audit is: going to look before promising.
  5. 05HomeMy first clients were English-speaking, in the United States and Europe, because that is where the market was. Today I also work here, in French, from Lévis.
